Sent her a picture of the cake I wanted. Couldn't get anyone else in Sudbury to make it. She said yes ! We loved our wedding cake and it tasted awesome! Thank you so much Queens cakes!

Booked and confirmed a cake 2 months in advance for my fiance's birthday only to call a week before and them tell me they're closed for December because of COVID. I can understand the complications of COVID, but not telling me that my confirmed order is no longer being made has now left me scrambling.

The experience I had with this business was absolutely horrible. TERRIBLE communication. I was inquiring to have a cake for a 60th birthday, and there was a lot of back and fourth. I would send a response back to the owner just to see they read my message and ignored it. I had to constantly do a follow up. When we were finalizing my order, the owner didn't ask my name, the flavor of cake I wanted, the name of the person or anything. I was the one to ask if she needed those things after she booked me in. At the final steps of the order, the owner messaged me and told me she accepted another order and was no longer going to take my order - absolutely no warning...nothing. Absolutely HORRIBLE client service and would never recommend this place. Never again.

Communication needs improving and delivery....cake was a half hr late.....the cake decor was exactly as asked for.....
