Battistelli's Your Independent Grocer

Ok well stocked BUT no staff at a certain time 300pm no Diet Coke sale item to be seen anywhere. Sparkling water stacked in a cube and my flavour buried half way down and no one available to assist. Very disappointing for the price you pay for goods there.

When you are looking for something or have a concern the staff is great.nThe only complaint is the staff don't ask if you have an Optimum card. I understand the consumer is responsible for ensuring their card is used but sometimes a little prompting would go a long way.

This pharmacy has been consistently excellent.nnI originally started going here because it was convenient, but I’ve stayed because the service is genuinely outstanding. The staff are always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, and they’ve taken great care of my family over the years, including providing vaccines.nnWhat really stands out is how willing they are to go above and beyond. Recently, when my dog’s prescription had been sent to the wrong pharmacy, they kindly offered to call around to help track it down thank you again!. That level of care and initiative says a lot about the people who work here.nnIt’s rare to find a place that combines convenience with such consistently warm, competent service. I’m very grateful for them and would absolutely recommend this pharmacy to others.

New owners and they've already made a ton of improvements. Lots more to come this year I'm told too. Nice Independent store clean and well stocked!

My client bought us a meal deal for myself herself and her father. Sweet potato fries were hard the onion rings were hard to eat Very skimpy on the serving portions in the boxes Chicken was dry . Meal deal #1. My client was very unsatisfied with his meal.
