Awesome! Delicious home made bread. They make everything, including the starter for their sour dough, from TRUE scratch and never use any kind of ingredients you couldn't find in your own kitchen. 3rd generation recipes from the days their grandfather delivered bread by toboggan.

And they make cookies too. From Old John in the 1970's I got great bread and the feel of a family bakery. From Old John's grandson, "Little John" in the seventies, but Old John now, I get the same bread baked fresh, handled lovingly, and sold well by friendly staff. Did I say they make cookies, too. Cookies notwithstanding, people who have moved away sometimes get it expressed to them when they feel the need. I live happily knowing that the new old John will live longer than I will, waking early to have the ovens hot at 3 AM. Buy the bread, feel the love. And 13 is still a baker's dozen.
