Super Thai Food

Had the pad ka pow chicken from the Super Thai Food Truck when visiting the Street Food City festival. Fresh, flavourful and absolutely delicious!

As I Thai person, I can guarantee that you can get the best Pad Thai in town from Super Thai Food Truck! Also, the owner Chu Chu is the coolest one!

Captured this awesome food truck just off Fir Street which I think is there every weekend until Labor Day holiday. Got myself a Thai Iced Tea dairy condensed milk which was super yummy, not overly sweet and at a great price! Perfect refreshing drink to go on a warm summers day. The staff were super friendly, extremely kind and service delivered in only a few minutes. Support local!

It seems like there are lots of good reviews so maybe something was just off, but I had the worst pad Thai I’ve ever eaten last night. It had a really weird after taste, like the noodles were cooked in water that had been sitting in a hose all year. I couldn’t finish it. I would have tried to bring it back if we hadn’t walked away. Disappointing as i normally love Thai food. The spring rolls were good though!

Always a nice surprise to see a new food truck roll into our front driveway at work. Love the colourful design and cool pop music playing outside take out window. I ordered a delicious spicy chicken dish pad krakow? with red peppers, spinach, small chilies, basil in a spicy garlic oyster sauce served with jasmine rice- this was spicy! Also got a small bowl of tom yum chicken soup that was so good it reminded me of being back in Thailand. The blend of sweet, spicy and sourness was perfect and it had so much chicken and mushrooms too. The two lovely and kind ladies who took my order were very pleasant. I’m already looking forward to their next visit!

Authentic Thai food that is not only genuine but delicious from a dynamic experienced Chef. A must stop, and a must try. Great value, from Chu Chu a wonderful personality. I've never been to Thailand, but I'm sure her food tastes better than other establishments locally. You won't regret it.

Ordered the yellow curry with tofu. Halfway through eating it I came across a couple pieces of chicken. Luckily I’m not vegetarian so I just kept eating it, except then I discovered that two of the zucchini slices turned out to be sweet pickles?? It was so utterly confusing and off-putting. That + the chicken made me realize that they are not very aware of what they’re actually serving to their customers. Too big of an issue to ignore, imo

I don’t usually eat Pad Thai but Super Thai make me want more! Great potion and delicious
