Good service and delicious food! I would highly recommend their Pad Thai! It’s in big portion with reasonable price! It was also my first time to try the fried banana coconut ice-cream, and it’s far beyond my expectation! I would definitely come back here again!
Warm greeting when getting in. Amazing food and flavours especially the sticky rice mango. Portions are large and pricing is decent. Only complaint is that the servers don’t listen to your order carefully so they bring out the wrong item and have to fix it by waiting longer.
Food is extremely delicious . True authentic thai Flavors. We tried and loved vegetable green curry , papaya salad , Tom Tim shrimp soup and vegetable spring roll . Lady servers were wearing their traditional wear. Staff was alert and active all the time . It was quite crowded due to weekend .we visited on a Saturday evening . Will visit again for sure . We enjoyed the food .
I love this place because it is beautifully decorated. It's a nice stop for dinner after a movie at Scotia Theatre or just walking around downtown. Be aware on Mondays it's closed. My favourite dishes include red curry, but the place's winner is the deep-fried banana dessert. I love that the coconut ice cream is dairy free so I can enjoy it without worries. Also, mocktails are delicious, far from the usual drinks you can find in other restaurants. The staff is lovely and we really enjoy eating there.
The food is not bad but I’ve had better. The tom yum soup is too sour and doesn’t look appealing, pad thai tastes great but would love a bit more protein for the price. Dessert is pretty good. Extra point for the super nice waitress.
1. Pleasant interior environment 2. Food quality good. 3. Quantity could be improved in one-two items. 4. Why only two star rating: the pitfall: the waitress explicitly asked for 'tips' even after I made my payment by choosing 'no tip'. She indicated that I made the payment for my actual food bill only but did not include any 'tip'. Suggestion: be professional.
Was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food here was. The service was a bit lackluster but the food was exquisite and inexpensive. Ordered several seafood curries, both with white fish, squid and prawns. Not just the presentation but the taste of the coconut seafood curry was fantastic!!! A little better service please!
One of my favorite Thai restaurant. My favorite menu is Spicy beef noodle and green curry. Their green curry has lots of vegetables and tasty! And also lunch menu is reasonable price! I recommend this place.
Tom yum seemed very budget, but the grilled pork jowl, and Pad Thai were delicious. Dessert was jack fruit canned with sticky rice, decent but nothing crazy. I would go back to try a few other dishes sometime.Food: 3/5
Honestly pretty satisfied, loved the food the service was excellent, they were very friendly. I ordered the Pad Thai Chow Wang and man, maybe I craved Thai food for too long but it was really good. The noodles were cooked perfectly, not too soft, not too hard, the sauce was delicious, one thing I found strange was just the bean sprouts were raw and cold but mixed them into the noodles and everything was fine. The tiger prawns were really bouncy in texture which made it fit really well with the noodles. Overall: Worth it My friend ordered KAOW OB SUPPAROD the pineapple fried rice and they liked it but find it lack lustre compared to other places but I thought it was fine.
