Super Optical Store in Waterloo Uptown

Horrible. I went there early and the guy was upset cause I was 20 minutes in advance (even though I was willing to wait for my turn). After that someone else arrived and also had an appointment for the same time as me. He was sleeping when I got there! I had to wake him up. Unprofessional. Rushed. Tried to upsell me. Reception is rude. Place is hard to find. Avoid at all cost.

Really friendly staff and good prices too. As a student they were able to workout a payment plan and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone because of their friendly staff and affordable prices.

Very helpful! I broke my nose pad's arm and it is not repairable. Kevin helped me find a suitable pair of frame and resized my old lenses. 10/10 customer service.

The Doctor was both efficient and precise when doing my refraction, and thoroughly checked the health of my eyes; just what I needed :) The whole experience from the eye exam to walking out with a perfectly fitted pair of glasses went very smoothly and left me very satisfied.
