The staff went above and beyond to assist with the repair of my much loved waterproof/adventure proof Ricoh camera. Much appreciated! Further, their collective knowledge is amazing. Best place to get advice and be pointed in the right direction for photography needs.

Excellent "old school" customer service, especially from veteran photographer Ron Hewson. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me numerous times to find the best gear to fit my professional photography needs. It is such a wonderful thing to have a professional camera store to service the Tri-city, I never drive to Toronto anymore! Thank you Henry's for being in this side of town! Great choices.....mixed on my views of the staffs knowledge.....were also too slow to order in lenses I needed in a crunch...So went to BJ......and they came through with a price that was 10% better than Henrys..and went above and beyond to calibrate my lense too...so I'm now going to go to BJ.
