DANGEROUS STOREntoday on 2024-08-27 I was completing a delivery order for a customer who asked for 24x water bottle packs, when picking up the top items, the whole stack which was taller than me started falling on me, I was holding back about 5 to 6 stacks of 24x water bottles from crushing me. This is a huge negligence on the stores part as I was carefully picking up the top item , this shouldn't have happened and could have been incredibly dangerous. The way my body was placed to hold the falling stacks and the sudden force gave me tremendous back pain. I'm thinking of pursuing actions against the stores negligence as this really affected my spine plus it could have been worst if I didn't notice , this is a huge negligence.nFYI the stack must of been 6 foot tall which im pretty sure is illegal. I didn't get the chance to take a picture as I was in shock and, completing an order so i didnt think of it, and also embarassed because i had to shout for help so i dont get further injured. you do have video footage Super C...nThe stack looked like a 5 x 5 x 8 give or take 8 being the height and 5x5 being the sides
I usually never shop there but I went because I got a gift card. Product selection is okay and most meat and veggies seemed in good condition.nOn the other hand, customers there seem to have no concept of courtesy. Carts abandoned or left straight in the middle of the aisle whilst their owner looks for something thus preventing people from moving forward. That alone is enough for me to not shop there once my card is empty.
Nothing wrong with Super C. The products and produce are fresh. The prices are very good as well.
Worst service at a cash I have ever received at a grocery store.nHe was so busy flirting that he ignored the clients waiting in a lineup that had at least 12 persons.nHe started passing the groceries of the person behind me and when I asked for my receipt he snapped at me and told me to wait in a very rude way.
Good clean big store wit some great sales.
