Store is not clean enough and prices always high on everything. I bought cocoa yams and take look out it, that whole yams spoiled, and it was expensive.
My experience at Super C has been pretty disappointing. The customer service feels very lacking—every time I use the self-checkout, it locks up and I have to wait for an employee to come fix it. On one visit, I was even treated like I was trying to steal an 80-cent can of cat food, which was frustrating and uncomfortable.nnAnother issue is the lack of staff at the registers. There can be around 20 people in line and only one cashier working, which makes the wait times extremely long.nnI’ve also noticed that some of the “sales” don’t feel genuine. For example, an item might be advertised as being on sale for $5.65 when the “regular” price is shown as $10, but the following week the regular price suddenly becomes $5.65. Even if there’s an explanation, it feels misleading as a customer.nnOverall, I think Super C could really improve their customer service, staffing, and pricing transparency.
It's like a ghost town for employees here. carts are at the exit, produce empty but the pallet to restock is sitting beside. Limited cashiers and working self checkout. Like squeeze your employees for everything they are to keep overhead lower. This place could do much better, so disappointing
IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD!! I go to the costumer service counter after realizing that my points were not added to my transaction to hopefully get help but nope… instead I get a 10 min wait to finally get someone with an I don’t care attitude with both EarPods in and his face stuck in is phone and when I explain all he says is okay and what do you want me to do about it!! I proceed to ask to try and find a way to add them and he says to come back during the day to ask the manager to take care of it!! I would have loved to know his name but he wasn’t wearing a name tag! And to add to this bad service review the all the back counter was full of food and there was meat left on top of a box on the floor and when I came earlier this week I found molded food on the shelves, I told my self to give it the benefit of the doubt but after tonight no way!! I have never seen such an unprofessional situation like this and honestly it disgusts me to think I buy food from here! Today will be the last of my shopping at this location!!
Floors are extremely filthy!! Produce seemed very past due today or was sold out. Lines were all the way back to the last cooler by the beer/frozen veg. Self check outs - not enough!!
