Metro Plus Kelly Aylmer Inc.

This is by far my favourite grocery store in the area. Everything inside the store is clean - especially in comparison to other nearby stores. The staff is EFFECTIVELY bilingual, again unlike the nearby discount store. They still hire staff to pack your groceries for you - and they even offer paper bags in case you forget to bring your reusable bags I do this regularly. They have plastic bags too, but if you use those then you’re contributed to the demise of our environment.

This is a revision to my earlier 1 star review. This store/brand got expensive faster than some, which led me to post an angry review, but even the discount stores have mostly caught up. The prices here are still completely insane like everywhere else, but the store itself deserves a positive review. The staff are excellent, the store is clean and well organized, and the fresh food is very good quality. You can tell the franchisee cares. I love the free fruit for children at the front, and when it's raining, a staff member might offer to walk you to your car with an umbrella. It's the little things!

Very disappointed in produce . Two rotted items cherry tomatoes and lemons. Sent an email with photos I love an hour away in rural area to them but they did not respond . Won’t shop there again due to rotting food .
