The Motel staff were wonderful, from checking in, to needing new pillows to asking for some info to be printed out for our Trade show booth. The gals we dealt with were super accomodating. As for the room, it was clean and very adequate considering the price. It was is a perfect location for our event right up the street. Now of course, the building is older, so that brings some musty smells and cracks in the walls etc, but overall, it was a decent place to stay. I would stay again. We never did eat at their continental breakfast, however, they did offer a simple one always a bonus for sure
Door handle in entrance door will not allow children or adults with arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome to escape out of room 112nThis is a huge safety hazard.nnIssues with Booking.com and the front desk.nThis lasted for a total of 3 hours.nWe got sent from one issue to another by the front desk and later on by Booking.com.nThis is highly frustrating on a weekend that we longed for to relax. We showed lots of will to save the hotel the work of having to clean extra rooms for us.nWe contacted Booking.com, but we are not at all excepting that all the effort has to come from us.nnHotels are super but not number 8
Had a great stay, super friendly staff. Fresh breakfast, clean rooms. Coffee machine in my room stopped working, replaced it right away. Will definitely stay again.
Our hockey team booked a block of rooms here. When we arrived 5 familys did not have rooms. Some of our familys were able to get a room at this location as they only had 2 people in their group. We had 3 people in our group and they could not supply us a room with 2 beds. So we had to find a room in stettler that night for the weekend of a hockey tournament when almost all the rooms were booked. We were lucky to get a room at the ramada, however the cost was over double. I would never book a room at this super 8 as they were unable to even get the reservations correct for several members of our team. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but had no idea what was going on. Which probably explains why there was issues with so many pre book reservations
It's clean, but old. The bathroom needs to be gutted and redone, as you could feel the hollow floor beneath the broken tile.nThe beds are quite good. I like a firm bed and they were just that - super comfy.nThe service was friendly and the breakfast selection was good.
