Staff was super friendly and helpful, we extended our stay by a night a couple weeks in advance, they didn’t have the original room available as the hotel was booked up for weekend, but put us in an executive suite for the same price, the room was huge with a pull out couch and more then enough room for a couple air mattress’s which we had to bring but they supplied all the bedding required. The pool was great and the kids played in it for hours!! Was very convenient to just be able to text and request more towels garbage be removed ect.
Arrived in the evening, staff so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was still open grabbed our food to go. Was excellent. Room was clean and has everything you need. Wonderful to go breakfast, and quick check out. Definitely will stay again. Thanks
The folks at the Canalta were so very accomodating on our last stay in Stettler! The rooms and the hospitality were exactly what we were needing. We even had a chance to enjoy the pool area. Fun!
Stayed in Canalta Hotel in Stettler for 4 days. Room was clean and service was great! There is a restaurant in the building so you dont even have to leave the hotel for meals!nHotel offers a bag of breakfast with fruit, yogurt, juice, a slice of banana bread and breakfast egger choice of sausage or bacon . If there was one suggestion, it would be the breakfast. I wish there was other choices like bagel, muffin or croissants. Stay was enjoyable. If I am to return to Stettler, I would probably choose this hotel again. Received friendly service, place is wonderfully clean and yet cheaper than the other big hotel in town.
Be attentive when booking - there is a motel side with exterior access as well as indoor hotel rooms. The motel is less convenient in cold weather for kids that want waterslides. Otherwise exterior access room was adequate and no road noise was heard, though weather stripping under door required repair. Front desk staff pleasant. Breakfast is takeaway hot sandwich egg / bacon or sausage, yoghurt, granola bar and juice vs a breakfast room situation like other hotels. On site restaurant was a plus. Gym is very basic, lacks any free weights.
