Thank to Alyssa for all her help. We were headed to the Alberta Prairie Railroad excursion and she was great when we talked to her about early check in before we had to be gone for the afternoon. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. Thank you to the breakfast room staff, the food was fresh and delicious.
Service was good, front desk staff were great, room and hotel were clean with nothing I could find to complain about that needed maintenance. Location is convenient, Walmart next door, BP's out front, Canadian Tire on the other side, yet close to everything else. Kids loved the pool, as we were there during the day on a Friday we literally had it to ourselves for 2.5 hours. My only complaint was folks essentially taking up all the useful tables in the breakfast room - a little common courtesy such as leaving when you're done and not having your party spread out over three tables would be nice; but not something the staff can easily fix.
Awesome pool for kiddos! Loved the waterslide and the shallow end for my 2 year old. Good contenential breakfast, perfect for families. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were okay.Rooms: 4/5
We enjoyed the pool, waterslide, amazing breakfast with lots of variety, and the comfy beds. We had a couple of issues but after speaking with the employees, the issues were dealt with promptly and thoroughly.Rooms: 5/5
Nice clean hotel and their pool was a blast! Staff were friendly. Rooms are a bit dated. Having the Boston Pizza directly across the road was great!

The room was decent, no complaints. The gentleman that checked us in on August 31 in the evening was great and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, the woman that checked us out September 1 am was very rude and inconsiderate. She seemed miserable and angry. No greetings of any sort. Just snappy and acted like we were inconveniencing her. She probably shouldn’t be working with the public or may need some training on how to be polite. Out right rude. Won’t be back.
Pros: breakfast spread, next to Walmart and BPs, close to McDonald's. Rooms are probably the best in town. Cons: last 2 stays I had to kill a bunch of bugs, some in the shower, some in the curtains, others just flying around the lamps. Water in the shower feels strange I noticed my face and body felt extra "slippery" even after using cleansers that would usually leave your skin noticably devoid of oils, almost like something in the water is leaving a film on my skin
The service and reception area were quite nice. The room itself had character, which we thought was cool but just found it needed a little updating/cleaning/repair.Rooms: 3/5
This was an amazing place to stay! The pool and waterside were a hit with my family and the staff were very accommodating. The continental breakfast was also amazing. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
