Super 8 Oneida Verona

Was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Bug infested room, very dirty, semem on blankets. Tried talking to numerous people, no answers. Then upon checkout they charged both my daughter's and my credit card for a 1 night stay $288.00. The guy that was working didn't have a clue? They won't refund my money and refuses to discuss anything further. We are taking legal action.

Ok. Overpriced for what it was. No hot breakfast, hotel had a cigarette smell to it, and linens were odd...duvet made the room look like a college dorm room. Rooms were comfortable though, staff was fine and it provided a safe, good night's sleep.

Nothing much to say. Smoking and non smoking rooms. Our non smoking room did not smell, but the hallways had the faint odor of tobacco. Rooms were very clean. Beds were a bit lumpy and not the best and our cable box in the room didn't really work. Staff is very nice. You can do worse for the price.

About what you should expect from a budget motel. Good locatIon near lots of restaurants. Would stay again.
