Super 8 Madison East

i have traveled enough and stay a few super 8s over the years, This was by far the worst. The hotel smelled, our room was dirty, the bathroom floor wasn’t clean. They a/c had a very mildly smell. I know the price of the room wasn’t much, so didn’t expect it to be 5 stats, but the staff was rude. When the vending machine took my money, but didn’t dispense my bottle of water, I called the front desk, they told me it wasn’t her fault, and that the machine has been doing that a lot lately. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again. The manager should be ashamed of his staff. They need to learn so customer service.

The Motel looks sketchy from the outside, but the room was actually nice. It was clean, had a large pretty waterfall painting above the bed. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Good location.

Absolutely disgusting. Dust built up in corners, wreaks of cigarettes, stains on the mattresses. If I didn't walk out so fast, I'm sure I would have found bed bugs. Don't stay here unless you are absolutely desperate. Oh and don't forget the peeling wallpaper

I was pleased with almost everything about my room and my stay here except for the condition of the bathtub. As you can see in the photo it appears to have a white colored mat in it but that is just the clean area where a mat apparently did sit at one time. The carpet was worn but not stained or dirty while the bedding was new and attractive. The king size bed was very comfortable, and unlike reports by other reviewers, the elevator was working during my stay. The price was very reasonable and access from the Interstate was quick and easy. Parking here is a bit tight but still adequate when the motel is near capacity. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and found this to be a great value, but it would be unfair to anyone who might be considering a stay here to give the 4 stars it would have rated except for the unattractive if not unsanitary bathtub.

They charged my wrong card even though I changed it at check in and caused an over draft. There were cigarette burns and stains on the comforter even though we had a non smoking room. The room itself was tiny, hardly any room to walk to or move in the bathroom.
