Served It's Purpose
This was a short stay as I awaited an apartment to become available.
Pros:
The hotel on first appearance was clean and decent.
Easily accessible from the highway. Location is in a business park. In the evenings I would walk within the area which I felt safe in.
Ample amount of parking spaces on the property.
Speedy check-in. The female desk clerk was very friendly and professional.
My room was located on the first floor, midway from the lobby. The noise level was low.
The room was set up so that the office portion was separate from the sleeping section. The couch let out into a bed.
The suite has a small refrigerator and microwave.
A small exercise room was available 24/7.
The young lady that was the housekeeper to my room was very nice and did a good job.
An airport shuttle is available but within certain hours. Ask the desk clerks.
Cons:
The breakfast bar was disappointing, offering the same items everyday without any type of change in the variety of items, like scrambled eggs instead of boiled ones all the time.
The exercise room at times was unkempt. The wall clock stopped working and the battery was never changed. I took it off the wall and gave it to a desk clerk. I guess it was to much to buy a new battery because I never saw the clock during the remainder of my visit.
There was no offer of a daily local newspaper or USA Today.
Overall: The hotel provided the basic amenities but there isn't anything that stands out to make this an unforgettable stay.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever experienced! For one, there is mold everywhere! From the ceiling to the walls in the bathroom there is MOLD! Then there is the House keeping, I stayed there for five days and only once did they come without us having to talk to the front desk. And their definition of "housekeeping" is taking out trash and making your bed. They didn't change the sheets, they didn't give us new towels, they didn't vacuum, or have hospitality!!! The stairwell reeked of smoke 🚬 IF I COULD GIVE -2 STARS I WOULD. DON'T VISIT. NOT WORTH MONEY. 🙁☹️😔😣😖😫😩!!!!!!

The hotel rooms are not clean. This seems to be a common theme in the reviews I've read here. There were weird stains on our bed sheets that we noticed as soon as we walked in. The whole perimeter of the room is dusty. Like when they vacuum the floor they don't vacuum the 5 inches closest to the wall. The couch in our room was pretty beat up. Overall, the furniture wasn't in good shape and was pretty outdated. I wouldn't stay again personally, but besides the dirty rooms everything else about La Quinta was okay. We got an awesome deal on the room through a discount I get through my work, so that was nice. To sum it up, if you're in a pinch, I'd say give La Quinta a chance. If you've actually got time to do a little research and call a couple different hotels, I'd say stay somewhere else.

La Quinta Inn is a nice hotel, however their customer service was terrible. I booked a hotel block for my wedding with them. When we initially signed the contract, they told us they would provide a shuttle for our guests to go to and from the reception. They reneged before the wedding, causing us to have to rent an outside shuttle for our guests, costing close to an extra grand. Then some of our guests were even told there wasn't any sort of shuttle and they ended up driving/cabbing it to the venue. We dropped off gift bags for the front desk to hand out when guests arrived to check in, and only a small amount of them received it. Rooms were not ready at check in time, employees were rarely at the front desk, or being inattentive in the back room. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Nice hotel, but I wouldn't recommend using them for large events that demand any amount of attention to detail.

Unfortunately I am disappointed in my stay here. I was there for work, after driving 4.5 hours to get there, I was informed they didn't have my reservation. Luckily, they had an open room. Rooms were not clean, had weird stains on my sheets. Had to go to multiple staff members to get clean sheets. The beds are very worn in, there was a large indent in the middle of the bed. Stains on floors and curtains. I was there multiple days, and noticed one of the days my room was never even cleaned. I also noticed when they did clean rooms, it was at odd times (between 6-7:30pm) which was a little awkward to be in the room for. I will say, the front desk folks were friendly.
