Cheap prices, free breakfast, a bit minimal. Quiet room. Overall, pretty good deal. Although, there were no smoking rooms, but I think it's a city ordinance or something

Solid, simple hotel. The room was clean and in good condition. The location is great: right off the freeway and on the main street to get to downtown Madison.

This hotel is actually okay. Not as bad as I was expecting for a relatively inexpensive hotel. Flat screen tvs. Cleaner than most other hotels in the same area. There is a strong pot smell in the hallway but this happens at every hotel. I can't quite figure that out though....no tobacco smoking is allowed whatsoever in hotels in Wisconsin but they sure allow people to smoke a substance which isn't even legal??? Where is the logic in that??? Anyway..it's better than most in Madison.

Rooms can use an upgrade. Why are the suites decorated with Nascar decals...it's not a kid room. A lot of shops nearby.

When I called to make a last minute reservation, they had rooms available, and the guy even said that even though they typically charge extra during the summer season he was going to let me have the cheaper rate, so that was really nice of him (mind you, don't expect this same experience for you). When I checked in, they were real nice, checked me in fast. The room itself was outdated, but I slept like a baby :)
