Super 8 Grants Pass

The worst customer service ever!.. You want to charge a $200 deposit for someone paying with a debit card. Not to mention Two people who have kids that are old enough to be parents. We are just traveling through and needed a place to stay for the night. Worst place ever! Stay away!!

Overall this place was ok. The service was terrible and the breakfast was very limited. What food was there was either about to expire or tasted off. The best feature was the indoor pool and hot tub other than that it’s just a place to sleep...

We will never stay in this hotel again. *The hallway and room smelled bad, carpets in hallway were old and stained. * The mattress was the saggiest most uncomfortable mattress either of us have slept on in a VERY long time... we both woke up with sore backs and headaches (Seriously, we couldn't use the pillows because our butts were sunk in so much lower than our heads!) *The air conditioner rattled all night (and by morning there was a constant drip hitting our air conditioner and splattering all over the window... I presume from the a/c unit above ours) *The towel rack in the bathroom literally fell apart when we took a towel off of it *The lights in the parking lot were so bright that even with the blackout curtain closed, the light coming in around it was obnoxious It seemed relatively clean, so not a housekeeping issue. It seems like the owners aren't willing to put the money into some of the most important elements of upkeep and comfort for the guests... like a decent mattress.

The hall smelled of cigarettes and pot. The room smelled to. People next to our room where smoking pot. The ac was barly working. They rules at check in some are fine but others are something else. It is only pet friendly to dogs no other pets. The only good was the pool and spa. There are only stairs except to the basement first floor then they are at on end. Someone tryed to get into the room through window that was cracked but we put a thing in window. Front desk keep saying to use the safe. The people next to our other room we good smoked pot amd party all night. Looks good from outside not so good inside. In front it says no smoking or get kicked out. The people smoking in rooms where never kicked out. Bathroom rack was falling apart. Not good if need on I 5 north. Its on a one way street. Will not stay again.

Hotel smelled, room was muggy and smelled when we arrived. The carpets are so dirty our feet ran black in the shower after walking around our room. Get a room on a higher floor. They seem to be better.
