Holiday Inn Express Grants Pass

HIE Express never fails to provide! Always friendly. Always accommodating. Always top notch. But I need to send a special shout out to Clark from Sunday evening, August 27th, in Grants Pass, OR. From the moment we stepped in Clark went above and beyond in his customer service. To say he is a gentleman only scratches the surface. Traveling often isn't glamorous, long days, hot weather, uncomfortable. But when we walked in all Clark saw was a valued customer. There need to be more people like him and he needs to be promoted! HIE you are lucky to have him! Don't let him go! I highly recommend HIE in any town you may travel to as they are very consistent. You will always have my business! Very friendly, very helpful, and good-looking front desk people. Nice rooms with better than average amenities. Pool, breakfast, Keurig coffee in room. My stay was great and I would definitely stay there again.

Best place to stay in Grants Pass. The staff have always been friendly and provide great service. The breakfast is good and can't beat free. The beds are comfy and stay was quiet! My place stay when working here.

The hotel has nice rooms and there breakfast is great, the only complaint I would have is the ceiling aren't sound proof and you could here foot foot steps, other wise I would recommend

Great hotel, superb amenities, love the gym contrasted you other hotel gyms. Good breakfast options and comfy cozy bed and room
