Very mediocre. The room was large but it had dog hair all over. I have a pet dander allergy but had Benadryl with me luckily. On top of that there was a dog in the room next to us that would bark every time we opened our door and people above us who sounded super loud. The walls are very thin. I wish I had researched better to see if this place was pet friendly. The breakfast was actually very good. That was definitely the best part of the stay but the rooms are under acceptable cleanliness.

This hotel was very clean besides the smell of smoke in my min-smoking room. It also doesn't have a refrigerator or elevator so if you are not able to use stairs make sure to mention this before you book. Thankfully I requested downstairs and they were flexible. Very nice staff, but I wouldn't recommend this particular one because of how basic this hotel was compared to the other best western in the area. It's too bad because it has lots of potential. The beds were comfy so that is another plus!

easy access to I-5 makes this an excellent stop for the traveler. Ample parking. The Internet service was much better than most free Wifi access. The hotel provided a hot breakfast that was tasty and well prepared. Location is convenient to two shopping malls, a number of restaurants and a short drive to the Grants Pass historic district.

Conveniently located, clean, easily accessible updated, garden style hotel with open walkways/breezeways. 2 floors, no elevator. Convenient, free parking right outside rooms. Parking lot turns might be tight for oversized vehicles. Clean, comfortable rooms, flat screen LG TVs, with newer clean remotes, good channel selections, including weather channel, sports, news, children's programs. Small bathrooms, good water flow in showers/bathtubs. Free Wi-Fi. Complimentary hot breakfast buffet with make you own waffle station, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, meats, with fresh fruit, cereals, coffee, juices. Outdoor heated pool & hot tub. Complimentary local newspaper in comfortable contemporary lobby. Adjacent to Elmer's diner style restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch & dinner; and Purple Parrot Lounge, a bar that gets busy most nights. Close to shopping, fast food places. Questionable for long term stays; no microwave ovens in rooms, though we did request & get a small fridge during our stay. Adjoining rooms for family group available.

The prices for the room here are pretty low, so for what you pay the room is alright... I was just passing through and stayed here. It's not a terrible place to lay your head, but I think I had more expectations from Best Western after staying at one in San Francisco.
