Amazing place to walk and enjoy on a sunny day. Nature inside of the big city! If you don't like dogs, maybe it will not be your first choice. There are many dogs running around with their leash off. I do not mind at all, but there could be people who can not stand unleashed dogs.
Many trails through beautiful, tall, old growth trees. Beautiful brook rippling through, off-leash dog areas, and picnic spots aplenty. You won't believe you're in one of Canada's biggest metropolitan centers ...
Great area to go hiking and amazing trails on both sides of a creek flowing towards Sherwood Park. It is down low and somewhat a gorge so a cold winter day and sunshine you'd never know the cold as much. Also a kids playground and many families enjoying the weekends. Many people love to walk there fur families as we did today.
A tranquil oasis in the middle of the city. My dog and I love it. Weekday afternoons barely have any people or dogs so it feels like you have the whole place to yourself.
Pretty cool place. It's like you are not in the city
Nice path tucked away under the trees.
Just go all the way to Sunnybrook
Nice forested walking trails in the off leash dog area. Tobogganing on the slopes also enjoyable for kids.
Nice place to have a walk. Google map will confuse you a bit. If you don't find the trail entrance, start from Sharewood park board on the road.
There’re areas where dogs can be unleashed
