You're in the city and yet can be in nature hiking for 2 hours along the ravine. It's priceless. Besides small parts and a mostly cleared trail , the park is mainly left to nature to look after. So you get a feel of wilderness and a chance to disconnect from busy city life.

Love this park. It's beautiful and interesting at any season or weather. One part is a huge lawn over Rosehill reservoir another is a forested ravine. There is a lovely community garden and a playground. The ravine part becomes ever wilder with each storm.

Good spot for a dog walk in that part of town. x2 around the reservoir in different configurations is good dog & human exercise but when the weather is nice go down into the ravine & doggie can even take a lovely cool dip in the creek.

Awesome park for dog walking, has a long ravine that is easily accessed right next to it - however they are going to wall off the interior of the park for repairs to the reservoir

Enjoy running here! Lots of people walking their dogs, and occasional athletes coming out for a soccer game.
