Amazing! Dealt with Greg and he's amazing. He was so personable and easy to talk to. He helped me make the right choice so fast. There was many customers in the store but made sure everyone got the attention they needed. Amazing guy. The experience was made by him. More people should be like him.

Terrible Customer Service. I tried to get their so called OOPS coverage but was told my glasses aren't covered. When I called Sunglass Hut HQ they said they were covered and that I would receive a phone call back. I did not receive a call back so after a few weeks called HQ again and this time was told sorry no coverage. OPPS coverage is a SCAM.

Garbage service from rude manager named Sean , very un helpful while making smart remarks about being un satisfied with service ! Check out Rideau centre for better service at sunglass hut
