My husband and I had our wedding flowers done by Pretty Pots. Courtney and her team were a dream to work with and really went above and beyond capturing our vision for the day. Courtney was extremely accommodating to our budget, and was one of the few vendors who really understood what we were looking for. My bridal bouquet, along with the bridesmaids', blew me away. They were perfect and I highly recommend this business for any occasion.

I had tried another florist before finding pretty pots and that florist let me down so the flowers I ordered for my aunt and uncle's anniversary didn't get sent. I quickly Googled florists again and found Pretty Pots. Their customer service was fantastic, Taking time to reply to my e-mails even as they were about to close. My credit card wasn't accepted but she still offered to send the flowers anyway and asked for a cheque instead. My card issues were eventually resolved and everything sorted. My aunt got the flowers and she was very happy. Pretty Pots went beyond expectations. I am from the UK so it was difficult to know which florist to use. I will be using Pretty Pots again. Thank you.

My first order from Pretty Pots was perfect. Asked for a colorful and fragrant arrangement for a very special little girl, and they really delivered ! I will definitely be ordering from them again. Pretty Pots should be your go to florist.

Did flowers for my wedding in December. Looked identical to the picture I provided. I am from Stittsville, so I was so happy to be able to get my flowers from my hometown. They delivered them downtown to me for only an extra 10$. Highly recommend, dealt with Courtney and she is awesome!
