What a great store. The Trader Joe's of BC. I was impressed with their selection, their helpers and their demo-food area alongside their ready-to-eat items. Definitely check them out.

Went for the first time the other day, I was pleasantly surprised! Not too expensive from what I saw, and if I had to give a comparison, I'd say it's like an Asian version of Trader Joe's! They've got some private-label brands with having this sort of small, local market feeling. I don't believe their bakery items are baked in-store, but they were still delicious, as with almost any Chinese bakery.
Very clean and tidy store. The layout is exactly like trader joe's in the states. Everything is well stocked. They also have their own brand of groceries and pastries. Overall the experience is good, the price is very competitive.

I'm also very happy that finally there is a grocery store in walking distance area!!nn**updatenI tried their food, 10.99 for 2 choice of food, one egg and green leaves.nOnly half filled in the box and the box is not water proof so leaking in the bag. I felt it’s very expensive compare to the amount I got. Other places they fill up to the top.nn**updatenCame back and they made new plate filled with food. Great service, organic eggs are cheaper then other store too. I always buy eggs here :
