A perfectly ruined birthday cake! Ordered a birthday cake here and the staff used some vanilla glaze instead of chocolate to write the words. She didn’t even bother to secure the cake in the box and the cake still slid to one side of the box. Just as you think what could have gone more wrong? They gave me a candle that broken into a few pieces! Will never ever order from Pricesmart bakery again.
Great range of Asian meats, vegetables and seafood. Good selection of hot foods, although the hanging ducks and chickens looked a bit dried out.
This is probably the worst Chinese food for value and taste you could ever buy in Richmond. I bought a bland roast duck 6.5/10, BBQ Pork 7/10, Roast pork 5/10 mostly fat. The hot spicy chicken 6/10 for small $12.96 is incredibly small. This made T&T kitchen a great value. If the taste is somewhat decent I'd not even complain. The only decent food is the shu mai and lemongrass chicken, the rest is garbage. T&T food is so much better. I will never buy or spend money again at Price smart food.
Unhelpful service, specifically Willi. I needed ramen, but he was distracted chatting with one of the women colleagues there. When I asked for assistance, he simply told me to wait for someone else to return from break. No apology or effort to help. Poor customer service.nWhat struck me as particularly disappointing was Willi's rude demeanor throughout our interaction.nnAs a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and attention. Sadly, Willi fell short of these expectations. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that customers receive better service in the future.
This used to be a.Sa-von food some years back. Now it's PriceSmart and very Asian influenced. There are a lot of prepared items so it's popular during lunch hour. It has a Chinese deli selling BBQ ducks and Pork; right next to a dim sum counter. They offer traditional Western grocery items also. They bakery bakes some of its own bread.
