This really neat supermarket have really affordable bag of potatoes and onions!!! They also have a great variety of peppers too!!! This is the place to get those particular items.
A fine place for Indian grocery. Some of their products are 'priceless'; they could improve on their price labeling as well as become more competitive versus larger chain stores that have started carrying similar product ranges
Large middle eastern grocery store with a wide range of affordable products and produce. There were things I couldn’t find at other larger chain grocery stores such as coriander chutney that I was able to find here. They also have a variety of boxed mixes such as butter chicken, biriyani, chicken tikka, chicken masala, etc. There is parking at the plaza.
I was extremely disappointed by what I witnessed at the back storage area of Fruiticana. I happened to enter the back warehouse and was shocked by the unsanitary conditions. There were a large number of insects flying all around, the floors were filthy, and the smell coming from the washroom was unbearable.nnIs this really a healthy environment for storing fruits and vegetables that are later sold to the public for consumption? It’s deeply concerning and raises serious health and safety issues.nnWhere are the inspections? What are the responsible health authorities doing? As customers, we trust that our food is handled in clean and safe conditions — but this experience shattered that trust.nnI hope immediate action is taken to address these issues.
This East Indian market is conveniently located in east Cambie, Richmond BC. The staff is friendly and customer service is great. They offer a wide variety of food products from India along fresh fruits and vegetables.
