I recently participated in a promotion at a store offering Kuhn Rikon pans at a discounted price upon collecting 20 stamps. After diligently collecting the required stamps, I was disappointed to find that the selection of pans available for redemption was extremely limited—only six or seven non-stick pans were available.nnThe store has as of four days back advertisements promoting the offer prominently displayed throughout, creating the expectation that a wider range of products would be accessible. However, when I, along with several other customers, inquired about the selection, we were directed to Customer service, where only a handful of non-stick pans were being kept. I had intended to purchase an all-steel pan, but no such options were available.nnThis experience felt misleading, as the promotional materials suggested a broader availability of products than what was actually provided. Transparent communication about stock limitations would have prevented this frustration.

Staff at this location always start acting robotic when asked questions/help giving the same answer which does not actually address the question asked over and over. In some cases they tend to get annoyed for their own lack of knowledge and be completely rude, management should really focus on better training.nAlso since meat section looks like always have some items that look anything but fresh, I recommend being extra careful.
I visited your store on Feb 8, at 4:20pm, and asked customer service for help because I didn’t have a coin for the cart. Instead of assisting, the Indian guy told me to buy something for two dollars rather than simply providing any help. And he even said he can’t give one dollar and can’t help me anything. What a stupid, he thought I went to customer service and want to get one dollar from him?!nThis was frustrating and unhelpful. Please address this issue so customers receive better service in the future.
I've been coming here for many years and never had a negative experience. Plenty of parking, and the store itself is clean and well organised. There is a lot of selection for the items you want. The staff are always friendly and helpful - special mention goes to Ziad Natural Foods Manager
