We had rented out wolf den and it was a great little wooden cabin! It was fully wood which added great charm but the only downside was that since the wooden planks are not sound proof (there’s a gap between each plank) it makes for a loud bathroom experience for the people sleeping up stairs. Other than that there’s enough windows for viewing with a nicely stocked kitchen. Kay the driver was also super nice and just made our stay that much better. Very nice staff and location.

Andrew was very accommodating and friendly. The place was beautiful and amazing and offered great things for guest to do. The sauna and sun room were nice! Great place outside of Work but close enough to enjoy still. Must check this place out!

After a week of traveling on our way to Alaska, our stay here at the Sundog Retreat was truly a blessing. It is apparent that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the accommodations that make this place special from the complimentary welcome basket in your room to the hot tubs, sauna, and the neat little walking trails on their beautiful property. The craftsmanship of the facilities and our super cool apartment "The Ravens Nest" were masterfully done and had everything you would need for a home away from home. The location is about 20 min drive from the city (perfect). The owners were so nice and genuine and treat you more like a friend rather than a stranger/customer. We begrudgingly left wishing we could stay longer, but felt refreshed from a perfect nights sleep (our bed was SO comfortable) and the from the relaxing setting. We will be looking forward to visiting here again one day and will be recommending this gem to any friends who will be traveling through Whitehorse

Absolute perfection at a ridiculously low price, any and every need and expectation met in advance. Amazing views and the true seclusion that is expected from the great white North. Fantastic Customer service and genuine friendliness.

Our family (4 adults) arrived to Sundog Retreat from Sydney Au. on the 20st of December 2016 and we stayed until the 25th of December 2016. BEST HOLIDAY EVER!!!! Very nice welcome from Bee at the airport. The Cranberry cabin waited us with warm and spotless/clean! (special thanks for the welcome- basket!) Next morning: phone call from Andrew and Heather. After that we took a city tour with Kay, one of the FRIENDLIEST STAFF !! Thank you to introduce us the real Yukon!!!! We enjoyed the tour!!! Heather and Andrew, thank you to organize the dog sledding tour, the hotspring visit and also the native art studio visit!! All of these were just great!!!! Food ...beautiful, tasty, only complain: they are big portions😀 My family wishes Happy New Year to all the fantastic team of Sundog Retreat!!! We are coming back!!! THANK YOU!!!
