Lights shorted out in the laundry room and staff could only stand and amazed they did get out their cell phone to help me find my clothes. I lost one thing too. Won't go into it all started well enough, they allowed our cat in the room for overnight but told us that any damage to the room would be charged to our credit card . So we were alarmed when we saw a kick mark from a ladies block heel to the wall by the kitchenette . We were both in sneakers. Then in the morning I saw the blood smear on the bottom sheet on my side of the bed looked to be two finger applied. As weare both senior persons, obviously not us. They lowered the price a bit. The staff seemed understanding but their on line comment person was vicious. Buyer beware there has to be a better place to stay.

The entire hallway smelled of cigarettes. The staff let visitors or random strangers walk around the hall in the middle of the night. I am convinced that a room down the wall was selling illegal substances as they had an insane amount of late night traffic that all looked extremely rough looking. And when mentioning this to the staff they seemed completely unsurprised and uncaring. Would rather sleep in my car. Don't waste your money.

do not go there are bugs in the bed. They do not clean the rooms. The staff is underpaid and it is in a rough part of town. You will have people trying to sell minors, drugs, and cigarettes, and alcohol, and the rooms are just utterly disgusting. you will not be able to sleep. There will be music blasting from every direction, and I once had a mouse in my room

Recently reno'd rooms provide a clean place to stay. The building is old, so if you are sensitive to people walking around, request a second floor room. Within walking distance to many amenities.

When walking in, we were hit with a stench of urine and weed.nnI always check for bed bugs at every hotel, and good thing I did! This hotel was filthy, and there was tons of signs of bedbugs.nnBloodstains all over the mattresses, and I checked the baseboard and saw a fully grown adult skittering away.nnAlso clearly dilapidated, and honestly filthy. Disgusting hotel.nnWe immediately checked out and went to best western.nnStaff also offered no resistance when we said we wanted to check out in under 10 minutes. I'm sure they know the issues of the hotel.nnNormally there's some sort of back and forth to cancel, but there was nothing.nnDo not stay here. Bed bugs will ruin your life.
