Sun Sui Wah Seafood Restaurant

Good quality dim sum. The menu is a bit small compared to other restaurants I've been to but it sure was delicious. Service was very fast. It can get busy so making reservations is probably a good idea. I really enjoyed the beef tripe. It was different from the typical ginger beef tripe I order at dim sum restaurants. The bean curd rolls and the fried squid were my favourite.

Food was decent. I just wish they knew how to fry stuff to make it crispy. The squid was soggy along with the “nest” of the Peking duck. But otherwise the food was tasty. Price is about the same as before. Only real downside is the huge friggin TVs that is super distracting. Service is great though. Ambience is typical of a Chinese restaurant

Best dim sum experience I've had in a long time. Every dish we ordered was served hot and fresh, presented nicely and of course tasted delicious. Love the sauce trio of hot oil, hot sauce and hot mustard, more dim sum places need to have this. It's a game changer! Sun Sui Wah is a must visit when in Richmond.

Steamed prawn dumplings, steamed pork and shrimp shumai, steamed BBQ pork buns, steamed rice with preserved pork and Chinese sausage, pan fried shrimp and chive cakes, pan fried daikon cakes, deep fried prawn rolls with seaweed, pan fried eggplant stuffed with shrimp paste, and durian glutinous dumplings were delicious. I didn't like the Chinese donut rice rolls. It gets pretty busy here, so I recommend making a reservation.

Our first time there for dinner, usually we go for dim sum which we love so much, so we decided to give their dinner menu a try. It was awesome, the food was deliciously made. Our waiter super sweet. Great place.

I was craving some good chinese food and I was not disappointed at all!The fried squid was perfectly cook, not greasy, soft and very tasty. The eggplant with tenderloin in black pepper sauce was my favorite, the beef was tender and juicy! The seafood vermicelli were good too, full of fresh seafood and meat. The service was great too!Looking forward to try their dim sum!

Ate here in early July. Wonderful service. Really really good food. Nice and bright environment. Clean toilet. And not expensive. What else can I say? Go try it.

Very good Chinese seafood restaurant. It is almost full house when I visited. The spacing and staffing are good, and I don't feel too crowded. The food is good. Service is good and attentive. I recommend this restaurant

Overall, it is a good place to come for dim sum. I tried quite a few dishes and they’re all pretty good. My least favorite is the turnip cake. Turnip cake was not good at all, very disappointed….

Saw a friend's fb post on this so decided to come here for lunch since it was just 2 mins' drive from where we stayed. Gotta say it was pretty pricey and food was so so for the price. Some staff were too occupied with chatting with customers so we had a little challenge getting some attention. Best of the lot that we ordered was the abalone and the congee. The rest was ok only.
