Arrived a bit before 9am when it is supposed to open. At 9:30 the pharmacy opened and let me in out of the rain. At 9:50 the receptionist showed up and told me that they are not a walk-in clinic on Friday's anymore and that you always need an appointment to see the doctor who will not be there until 11:30. Minor apologies for the bad website that is out of date. Very frustrating, they most certainly will not be getting my business again and I would strongly advise others to give this medical center a pass.
Front desk staff are rude. Their demeanor is snotty, they speak in their language like you aren't even there. They will talk amongst themselves while the phone rings and the waiting room is full. Highly unprofessional. The wait time is ridiculous. Your appointment time is an approximate time by at LEAST an hour. Could also use a thorough clean.
Terrible - go anywhere else instead. Not open at the time their website, phone message, and door posting indicate. Someone showed up 30min after 'opening time' to tell me no doctor worked there until 4 hours later. NOT A WALK-IN CLINIC. Only a couple hours a day do they see walkin patients; which couple hours? Who the he$$ knows?
I took my elderly mother to see Doctor K. Ebrahim. We waited an hour past our scheduled appointment time We were told Dr Karim aka Ebrahim was "slow". I had to remove my vehicle as the maximum time to park was an hour I had to pay for a cab ride back home . Besides the wait time; Doctor Ebrahim's bedside manner was lacking. I asked him a question and he raised his voice: Clearly irritated by my question. I would personally never go to this clinic again. Beware!
I want to give them NO stars. The website and also their answering machine said they open at 9:30am on a Saturday but they didn’t open until 10am. I would call them to see if they take walk in but they didn’t answer so I go there to see if they take walk in. They told me no they don’t. So I wasted 45 min of my time, where I could have went to another walk in clinic. This have happen once before. It was during the weekdays. The website, door sign and also their answering machine said they open at 9am. They didn’t open until 9:30am. Also they didn’t take walk in. This is why I call in first but they never answer. I am so pissed.
I used to think this was a fairly good place. Was the only walk-in in the area that was doing appointments, which was a plus. However, in all my time there I was constantly passed down from doctor to doctor - Ebrahim, Kaliray, Fasihy. As a walk-in clinic I thought that was normal, and I was just getting the doctor with reservations open when I wanted to make one. I was never told I was being passed down permanently - it would just happen. Eventually Dr. Fasihy left for another clinic, and Summitview washed their hands of me. I tried to make an appointment, as a long standing patient of their location, and was told my doctor left and they weren't accepting walk-in's. Yep, all my years and I was kicked out as a "new walk-in".
Update: Service problems have been solved, so I'm updating my review. Great doctors, service is currently hit or miss due to a shortage of doctors and the popularity of the place. I've been told this problem should change soon, however.
Dr. Fasihy is great! Very caring and tentative and doesn't dismiss any details when diagnosing your sickness. Everyone at this clinic is really nice and outgoing too!
My family doc is fasihy and his very cool nice gentle cares about family and theres very minimal waiting time with him thank God I enjoy this clinic and the staff at this clinic are also nice and talkative very good attention. Recommended and recommend fasihy if you need a family doctor.
I checked the wait time online and it said no wait, called to double check and it was right! In and out in minutes. Professional staff and clean facility. Hours for walk-in seem short last appointment at 1235? but I guess if it's not busy that makes sense.
