From the time that I moved my RV into this park I was harassed by both management and others. It seems like if you were friends with the management you could do as you pleased. I am a disabled female with a service dog and I felt intimidated and picked on by certain people that live there and then they were backed up by management as they were friends. If you are not older and fit into their little groups you will not have a good time living there full-time. I have never had a problem getting along with people except for when I live there. I was never so happy as when I was able to move from there. Along with me I know others that were also bullied and had to leave that Park as well. So it may be a pretty place to stay for a short holiday but not maybe so much full-time living unless you fit in to their pack.

People are friendly but it does fill up fast usually have all the full  hook ups for trailers not sure if tenting is an option there but there is a dog beach and a people one as well

Its right on a beach.  Manager is very accommodating.  Some highway noise.  May need ear plugs as any other RV and campsite.

my husband and are being bullied out of the Summerland Beach RV park and camp ground. we had a small altercation with our dog and the managers dog. where my dog had jumped off our deck to go and play with their dog my dog being tied to a chair. our dog being a Rottie/ husky mix and theirs a collie. you can ask all my neighbors that live around us. that our dog is not what the park manager claims him to be. we are  being harassed by the park manager and the company that owns the park too the point of threatening to have our dogs taken away from us and maybe even destroyed.If you do not fall in to the right clic here you will have your trailer removed from the park. so I would not recommend anyone staying here. PLEASE HELP GET NEW MANAGEMENT IN
