Very peaceful normally even amongst all the children having fun. The usual winds, or breeze washes out the sound of background noise. If you're lucky enough to hit a real windy day the lake will look like an ocean, and wind surfers enjoying the fresh big waves. Bring your dogs and kids because this beach has everything to wear them out.

Wonderful lakefront park. Good walking trail and connects to Centennial Trail.

Great place for dogs in off season. Not fenced in though.
