I have been trying their meals since 6 weeks and I was little skeptical when I started so as to if they were really keto and the nutritional value of each dish was correct or not? Well, the answer is YES. It is truly keto as advertised. I started with their meals twice a day and I was in moderate keto in 3 days. The dishes are prepared inhouse which makes them even more healthy. You can place the order and they will deliver too if you are not able to pick up. My best one is Calzone and the pocket, cant get enough of it. The Beef chilli and the chicken lasagna is amazing too. The prices are bit high but then you are paying for what you are getting, good quality food. So I am up for it. I am still ordering from them and I recommend them to all who are willing to give it a try.
This place was great but doesn't seem to exist now. Someone should take down their website - they said some other company was taking over but that was more than a year ago...
I just had the Enchilada with cauliflower rice. I'm a meat and potatoes guy who was with his wife buying sugar free stuff and thought I'd give it a try. Wow! It was truly delicious. I've also had the lasagna which was equally great. This place is worth the stop.
We ordered my bday cake from here. The cake was delicious but they did not write happy birthday on the cake like I asked them to. They included a birthday candle but I didn't think writing happy birthday was a tall ask. I also asked for vanilla buttercream and was given chocolate. If they had gotten those two things right, I would have given them 5 stars.

I dropped in today hoping they would have items that I don’t normally get from usual grocery store and I was happily surprised to find they had a very good selection of freshly cooked meals. I had the Butter Chicken with cauliflower rice and a side salad. Very yummy
As an Italian I can honestly say their lasagna is right up there with my nonna's! also the beef stroganoff is outstanding, those are my two favorites but everything else is a 10/10 as well. Highly recommend to go see these these gals.
Seriously impressed! I first tried SugarFreeIQ a few weeks ago. Sampled 10 different dishes and loved them all. They are tasty, hearty and homemade with Real ingredients & they don't skimp on the good stuff! A truly low carb, healthy option for quick tasty meals. They use fresh ingredients & the meals are very filling. If you purchase 10 items, or more you save 10% which is a great deal. With the deal each meal averages out to around $9. Not bad for a lunch, and excellent considering it's 100% real ingredients and no artificial, or preserved stuff. You are paying for quality! Considering it costs me at least $12 for lunch when at work, this is a great, healthy option. I will continue buying here, and look forward to trying new meals! :
Ok, so I am new to this place. I have made 2 orders. First one was delivery and I picked up the second. I got delivery the first time because I dont really live in the area, and they had a flash sale with free delivery, so i jumped on it. It took me almost a week to get my food and I cant really complain because it states right on the website that it takes 3-5 business days. I got my food and I was REALLY impressed. I ordered bread, buns. parmesan rolls, lasagna, and a few dessert treats. The buns are so good that every time I make a sandwich, I completely forget that I am eating keto, and actually, that can be said about every single thing I ordered. The food is flavorful and easy to reheat. The second order I made included buns again YUM and lasagna because its REALLY THAT GOOD. I wanted to try a few different dishes so I ordered the coconut curry shrimp and chicken pot pie. WARNING: If you don't like spicy food DO NOT order the shrimp. It has KICK. I actually couldnt eat it because it was so spicy. But I cant handle curry in general and I was hoping it would be a little milder. But its not, so just beware of that. And if you like a lot of spice, then you will love it. The chicken pot pie had a ton of flavor and I enjoyed it alot. The only thing I wish it had was a bit of a creamier filling to make it a bit more authentic. But it definitely has good flavor and I will order it again for sure. While I was there in person to pick up my order, I asked if I could also purchase a lunch special which happened to be the beef stroganoff with cauliflower mash. omg. It was soo good, you couldnt even tell that it wasnt mashed potato. That will definitely be on my next order. All in all, I am so happy to have found this place. Now even though I have only tried a small part of the menu, everything I have tried has been delicious. I had the lasagna today for lunch and it was just so good that it was literally what prompted me to write this lengthy review. In fact, its really hard to say anything negative about this place. The only thing I can say is that it is a little pricey. I have a family of 4 and I am the only one doing keto so I can manage the costs. It would be difficult to feed a family with the costs, but anyone who does keto, knows that it is a pricey way of life. It would be nice if they offered free local delivery if you spent over $100 or had some kind of incentive program. Maybe that will come in the future. Anyway, I wish these ladies all the best with their business. You will have a lifetime customer with me!
The food is home made and you can taste the love in every bite. Truly delicious. My non-keto friends and relatives can't believe how tasty everything is! I am slowly working my way through the menu. As a bonus, the staff are friendly and welcoming!
