Cake pops are good. You cannot choose the flavours so sometimes they are hit or miss. The fruit flavoured ones are usually very artificial tasting. That's the only con. Never an issue when using Groupon for orders.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and the place was clean and bright. The prices are fair for the quality and amount of food you get! As far as High Tea places go, it is not the best, but the price and quality makes up for it!

As an afternoon tea connoisseur, I would say this place was medicore. It wasn't a traditional afternoon tea experience--there was no clotted cream and jam with scones, no traditional finger sandwiches, and they use Higgins and Burke tea bags. However, their customer service was very good. They were very apologetic and insisted that we come for a complimentary afternoon tea after they accidentally served us meat items (we're vegetarian).

The desserts got us through the high tea. Lychee mousse and the macarons were amazing. Other treats were good. The whole bottom tier was rather bland though and I wonder why they didn't do the egg appetizer as a mini quiche since they are a bakery. Also the selection of teas was very limited to five Higgins and Burke types. The feel of this service was like an add on idea at the last second. Just a few tables thrown in and now we can serve a tea inside a bakery and advertise on groupon. But be advised we had to reserve over a month in advance. If you are going to pick up desserts I would recommend them. Their macarons are really good! $25 for a dozen. The cupcakes looked interesting too although we didn't grab any on the way out.

Baking Classes - never available I purchased a Groupon hoping to learn how to bake for the holidays. I booked an available session based on their online calendar just to hear that if they do not have 6 people confirmed, the class is canceled. So only 2 people booked and surely, the class was canceled. This was early November. I checked the calendar again the next week and they do not have a class for cake baking until Dec 31st?? That's a big gap - what if the Dec 31st class gets canceled too? I have to wait another 2 months? By that time, my Groupon would expire.
