I had the good fortune to be referred to Sugar Hill Building & Design, LLC for some work to be done at my parent’s home. From my initial call to Amy (owner) I knew I was in the right place. Amy's passion for helping her customers came through in every interaction we had. She took the time to fully understand our needs and to talk about the ways she could be of help. She demonstrated compassion and understanding of the issues and emotions surrounding support for our aging parents. She took the time to ensure our needs were fully fleshed out and that the solution would meet or exceed our expectations at a reasonable price. The work was scheduled in a timely manner. Dan the installer did a great job. He arrived on time, surveyed the job and explained what he was going to do. He was personable and the quality of his work was excellent. In summary I highly recommend Sugar Hill Building and Design, LLC for your remodeling needs. They are absolutely dedicated to their customers and that shines through in every facet of dealing with them. They did an outstanding job!!! We could not be more pleased with the outcome!!!! Bravo!!!!!
