Subway Sandwiches & Salads

I really like subway although this Subway not so much. My son and I stopped in for an evening sub, just a couple of egg salads subs, doing the healthiest choice. The manager didn't like that we asked for extra vegetables on our egg salad, he became upset so we left after exchanging words and canceling our order. We went to the downtown Subway only to find that he is also the manager or owner there too. We traveled on to Perth and ate there instead of Smith Falls, we never went back to Subway again in Smith's Falls and never will. Even though I made a formal complaint to subway Canada I doubt anything ever happened with it as in most cases. There is no place for poor behavior in the restaurant business or really any business that deals with the public.

Great service from the staff. There is a drive thru at this location.
