Food is great and the employees are excellent! I'm always guaranteed to be labouring for the next few hours after I eat there. Yummy!

I had lived in Smiths Falls for over 5 years and fell in love with Norm’s and their garlic fingers. The service is friendly and hilarious and has a nice family vibe. Made the trip again from Ottawa to get the garlic fingers and donaire sauce and would do it over and over again.

Made the trip from Ottawa to try the Garlic Strips with Bacon. Absolutely worth the drive, and I highly recommend the Donair sauce for dipping. Standard diner quality atmosphere with friendly and familiar service.

Drive through town looking for a place to eat. Decided to try here. Initial service was slow. Restrooms very clean though. Food was mediocre at best. My girlfriend ordered a meatball sub. She found the meatballs tasted funny. I had the lunch special panzotti and salad. Ceasar salad with artificial bacon bits? Some brown Romain as well. I ordered ham, bacon and pineapple but got sausage instead of bacon. I guess they just don't have bacon.... Odd note about the menu. Mini pizza and soup for $9.90 as a lunch special. But to buy them separate is $8.75? My gut feeling is to stick to pizza if eating here.
