I placed an online order spending over $80 for my family, I walk in to pick it up and get greated by a girl who clearly was in a bad mood and has an attitude, i tell her i have an online order for **** and she snaps back “ we don’t have an order for that name” i told her i placed it here and it says ready and she just insists they never had that order. i walk out to call my sister and 5 minutes later another family member of mine who had also placed an order walks in with my order! so not only did they have it, they gave it to someone else! thankfully someone i know but if it wasn’t? we have completely different names there’s no misshap there i’m just so disappointed with the employees behavior and their ability to make a sub! I of course called to speak with a manager and of course there’s none available, we did get our subs remade and the other two girls were nice just such a weird experience!
I order online consistently from the app. Never have any problems. Today I get my two footlongs and neither one is toasted. I went back and asked to get one of them toasted. Which was remade correctly. I worked service industry for over 14 years, I understand that mistakes happen. I was not told I’m sorry at all. Met with excuses as to why it wasn’t right, first because I didn’t mark it on the receipt that I wanted them toasted- which it was. When pointed out, it became another excuse of how they ignore parts of the receipt that are needed because of “new subway rules” and how to make sure it doesn’t happen again by typing into the special requests opposed to ordering like I always do on the app. When I mentioned I order from the app all the time and never had this problem before, all I was looking for was an apology and the sandwich corrected. The manager was passive aggressive when I brought it up to her that I didn’t need excuses or anything just an I’m sorry. Never once did I get one, only another passive aggressive “have a nice day” when I left the store. I understand that mistakes happen and was not upset about it at all. This poor review is strictly based off of the store managers attitude of how the situation was handled.
Spent $35 on two sandwiches and some chips with drinks lol they were delicious but when did Subway start costing so much? Awesome service! Great staff!
Food is not very good honestly if I could give a negative review on service I would 15 minute waits on an empty store with one item not willing to take an order through drive through and don't bother with the management I would avoid it
Subs have been very good lately. You need to try them again. Always get the Meatball Marinara, it has always been great. The second sub is usually a club of some sorts. Subway club. It is fabulous love, Provolone, and all those meats.
