SUBWAY®Restaurants

Was asked what I wanted before we even made it to the counter. Employee was trying to go so fast he put ranch on my sub when I did not ask for it. He also put the wrong ingredients on the other sub when I told him twice what I wanted. Not only was it disruptive how loud they were but now we know what there weekend plans are. The employees lack basic understanding of what costumer service means. Manager needs to look into finding new employees. Will not visit again.

Employees are always friendly. Bathroom has always been clean.

OK. Staff are nice, but they rang my gift card, then said they'd put the rest on my credit card. Only the next day did I discover they put the whole thing on my credit card (after they tossed my gift card).

Best employees ever I think all subways should send new people there to train. This is the fastest store I have ever been to.

Their employees are awesome! Always efficient and polite, even when it is very busy.
