SUBWAY®Restaurants

I'd echo what others have said about this place: the customer service isn't the best. Last Friday noon, Crystal treated my mother impatiently because she had questions (and is also hard of hearing). I figured that was simply her personality until she warmly greeted others standing in line. Perhaps Crystal didn't particularly care for us as customers. Otherwise, the food was fine, and the store seemed put together.

I ate at this particular Subway more than at home. They always are warm and friendly, and they know what I want when I walk in the door. Great place!

Second time here in 2 months and both times the customer service has been unsatisfactory. Management should pay attention to their boots on the ground. The sandwiches are good but you have Subway Corporate to thank for that. Tip of the Day: Local Crescent City Subway employees it is great you have a job...please don't let your customers endure your pain if you don't like your job. Thank you

Horrible service. Unmotivated workers. Out of most vegetables for toppings and kids watches. Will never come to this one again!
