Very poor customer service and management...I was eating my sub when I found a hair in it. Manager, Cathy or Catherene, refused to replace my sandwich as I "already ate half of the sandwich"...I wouldnt even touch it if I knew it has someone else's hair in it!!! VERY FRUSTRUATED. BE CAREFUL WITH THE FOOD YOU ORDER. I wouldnt be surprised if someone gets food poisoned at this place. Cathy must be dealt with as I'm sure Subway Franchise doesn't want to be associated with FOOD POISONING and LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE!
