Worst service ever!!! I was trapped in the drive thru for more than 15 min waiting.... And waiting.... Then it was finally our turn they take our money for strips and popcorn chicken... How long can that take right?!?! .......more than 20 min later and I'm still waiting!!!! Omg just give me my freaking chicken!! I am never coming back!!!!!

Slowest kfc ever. Told us after we paid that they had no chicken, we needed to wait 10 minutes. This was in the drive thru. 15 minutes later, still no chicken, had to go in to get it. They did up grade the fries, salad, and gave us gravy for the inconvenience. The coleslaw has changed, it's no longer green and not as good.

KFC is not what it used to be! It is so greasy, I used to put KFC in the fridge and eat it the next day. Well lately I cannot do that it is like I have bitten into a brick of lard. The french fries are always limp I don't think I've ever picked up a french fry that was crisp. I never had any complaints about the cleanliness in there.

Usually it’s better. Then this but this girl today I had so much trouble with my order hard to say it over couple times and I asked her to make sure gravy is in the bag as I payed for three got. Home there was none.
