Subway

Boyfriend and I have had a bad experience every time, our subs are made wrong, super sloppy and almost fallen apart when they get to my house. It is not the courier because they know how to handle foods, people working here should learn how to make a sub properly instead of just throwing everything on and hoping for the best. I can’t even give you a star, workers should be fired if they can’t do their job right and manager should be looking at all reviews!!! Sloppy workers these days so careless for their jobs. There is no option for me to upload a photo for proof but read all the other reviews and you’ll believe me.

Owner is not friendly or reasonable, issued me a parking ticket as I was in Nino's having breakfast. I have to go through a bunch of work with the city to get it cancelled. He said he didn't think Nino's opened till 11:00AM, yet he stilled refused to cancel the ticket. I believe he thinks he owns the whole parking lot or something, the parking sign says "For Patrons of this mall only" not Subway Only! Stay away from this store.

We ordered on skip the dishes, it's the 3rd time we ordered from this location and all 3 times were wrong. First time we let it slide, second time we called and he was nice, gave us new free subs. BUT THIS TIME.... Was horrible!! And the MANAGER ARGUED WITH ME. Nothing was right at all, toasted ones were not toasted, cucumbers on the wrong one, pineapple on one without pineapple. I asked for house sauce and got sweet onion. :/ He said he made them himself and they are correct cause he remembers... So I had these 3 subs infront of me, all of them wrong....and he's telling me they were right because he made them..... Told me to come into the store... If I could get to the store, I wouldn't pay skip the dishes to deliver :/ so I'm not impressed at all. I'm sitting here with a sub I don't like. I hate pineapple, I don't like sweet onion and half the stuff is missing..like tomato's and green pepppers..I get the same sub every time. and I'm mostly just mad cause he acted like I was lying 😒😒😒😒

What a shame! People are hijacking, abusing the review system for their own stupid mistakes. James Nagy, your Red GMC truck parked for hours, I saw you walked into Leopold's!

Don't patronize this place. Owner is very rude. And obstanant. I had breakfast in nino's one morning and received a parking ticket from him.. I used to buy my subs from him but there are other subways close by, I will go to them from now on..
