This location is sooooo terrible! Nothing is fresh, and the location is in dire need of a renovation and cleaning. The staff are absolutely terrible and don’t listen to your requests. I’ve been here twice, and each time, I have been charged incorrectly and my order has been made wrong. If you want Pita Pit, go to the one on 8th street as it is fantastic and always clean, fresh and fast.

Seriously, I think Pita Pit has the best pitas in town (maybe Freshii will make an impact once they open downtown). Currently, my lunch option #1 downtown, so many vegetarian options!. However, the location is in great need of a major overhaul. I think a reasonable investment in lighting, furniture, paint and decorations should make this store competitive for years to come!

Food is great, terrible service. Worse employees I've ever seen, like talking to a wall half the time. Go to the one on 8th street, much better.

I frequent the pita pit on 8th street and it's very good. However I was downtown today and thought my boyfriend and I could run to pita pit downtown and get a walk in there. Well unfortunately they are nothing like the 8th street location. The worker was extremely rude and didn't care about our order. Never asked what kind of bread, any veggies on the grill nothing. I am a vegan and there was a clear sign of cross contamination, unlike the 8th street location that has a separate side of the grill for vegetarian and vegan orders. Their veggies also looked far past due. Not to mention the worker didn't even listen to my request for a different sauce. I didn't end up eating the pita. I don't like wasting food but was disgusted with the service and the quality of the place. Don't come here go to the 8th street location.
