Subway makes good sandwiches and subs. They're dependable, if not a little overpriced.nSo, to make one location of a Global Chain Restaurant, stand out, it's not going to be what they are serving, but Who's serving it.nnThis location has the Best Staff in Amherst.nSo thoughtful, kind, friendly, Wonderful staff.nI go back again and again, less for the good sandwiches, and more for the Great Staff!

I love that there is now a drive thru option, however almost everytime we use it..our order is wrong or missing ingredients. What's the point in putting our order in the kiosk if they aren't taking the time to read it? Very dissatisfied with the service lately.

Staff is mindless and don't understand their job, asked for all cheese, 4 times and the lady kept getting something wrong, shop is always overcrowded and a utter mess. And the food looks absolutely disgusting.

Unfortunately 0 is not an option. I got take out for my mother and I. Brought the subs home to eat but they had to go into the compost bin. The bread was unchewable. The skimpy amount of toppings was very little and the price has seemed to have risen greatly. The cardboard they said was chicken was also inedible. You have lost at least 2 customers today.

Service has gone down since opening their new location. Their attempt at drive-thru service is atrocious! Their kiosk makes this irritating loud buzzing sound. Then you wait half a millennium for your order to be prepared… You’re finally off on your way, thank goodness, only to realize 20 minutes later that your child’s fruit pouch isn’t in the bag. Guess I should have spent even more of my time making sure they gave me everything I paid for. This place does not scream diligence and competence.
