Papa John's Pizza

it's a nice place to eat your favorite pizza, but the service it's not great it's just ok. you have to pick the drinks and your utensils yourself

This has ALWAYS been my go to when in Moncton. I moved to NB 4 years ago, live about an hour away from Moncton, and when I was first told about Papa Johns, thought i gotta try this place. well they were right, great pizza, great service, UNTIL the last time, 10/18/23. Large pizza, bacon, pepperoni, green olives and chicken bites. We got this to take home with us, never thought to check as we always have had a great pizza. Not this time. The pizza was missing something….oh right, the ingredients. I could barely see the pepperoni, I think maybe 6 pieces, and the olives were pretty well nonexistent as was the cheese, they got it with the bacon, but that’s it.We were so disappointed. I am sure maybe the pizza dresser got distracted maybe, but you can be sure I will check from here on. $40.00 plus only to be let down, not impressed. I am just sorry I had to write this, but it had to be done.

If someone asks for pizza this is my go to place. The pizza here is truly amazing. Although it’s a bit expensive, it’s definitely worth it in my opinion

Amazing pizza and awesome service... I ended up being short for a pop and the guy working actually ran out to give me it for free!

Ordered a thin crust pizza with hamburger , onions, bacon and mushrooms. Our first time ordering from Papa Johns. Our 14” pizza at over $27 was a farce. Thin crust was good but there were hardly any ingredients on it or tomato sauce. Won’t be ordering from here again. Very, very disappointed. I’ll make sure to spread the word.nnWe used to order from Papa Johns when we lived in Fredericton; a completely different pizza was delivered. Can’t wait to go back for a visit to the Fredericton franchise and get a great pizza.
