It's been quite some time since I had eaten Pita Pit. Maybe at least 6 - 8 years since my last adventure. It was back in my Winnipeg days in which there was a location near the University of Manitoba. It was an awesome place as a student to come to fill up the stomach with something healthier than fast food but tasty! Why has it been zoo long I ask myself??

Fast friendly service. Food was good and there are rarely line ups at this location.

The owners of this franchise care about the community. They donated the full proceeds from a day in a well supported fundraiser for a local girl battling terminal cancer. Together with the neighbouring Papa John's, they raised over $11 000.00 for the cause. Also the pitas are great!
