Norm's Pizza & Takeout

We went there with some friends. We placed our orders. A while after my friends were served, It became obvious that they had forgotten our order and when we went to inquire they didn't seem to know what to do. We sat waiting and watching as they continued to serve other customers their food that had come in long after we approached them about ours. When our friends had finished eating we finally just went and asked for our money back. I hope this is not a regular occurrence but i doubt we will be back to find out. Not a good experience at all.

I went to Norms, they did not look busy, but the employees sure acted like they were, they did not care about my presence at all, I ordered a pizza, even though I should have left after the poor quality of customer service, but I decided to give the cook a try, well it turns out the cook really messed up bad because when I got home and opened the box I could not even identify what this was, can you? It is safe to say, I will never be returning!

Dieppe is Wayy better, these guys in memramcook don't know how to make a pizza, and yes the bacon is weird lately not sure whats going on.

been going to norms for years it was our family's favorite, now the ingredients have gone downhill, but the price has gone uphill. The bacon is like chunks of ham and tastes weird, when it used to be thin and crispy, and the crust isn't there anymore, theirs just a tiny edge , crazy how one ingredient can ruin the whole thing, tanked my rating from 5-1 star.

This place is absolutely disgusting, not to mention the employees looked at me when I walked in as if I am from another planet. I saw what appeared to be human feces or dog poop smeared on the inside of the pizza box. This is extremely disturbing and I have never witnessed this in my 52 years of life on this planet. Never again will I ever visit this place!
