I hate leaving negative reviews, but after experiencing the same behavior multiple times, I feel it’s necessary. Every time my family and I visit this Subway, the employee named Barb has a rude, unwelcoming attitude. She frequently gives dirty looks, makes customers feel uncomfortable, and acts as though serving people is a burden.nnWhat crossed the line for me was hearing her tell my husband that he would “never get to where he wanted to be.” That comment was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unnecessary. No customer should be spoken to that way.nnEveryone can have an off day, but this has happened consistently every few weeks when we’ve visited. I hope management addresses this because the customer service has made us not want to return.nnIf I could give it zero stars I would. Especially after reading I’m not the only one who has had issues with barb.

I’ve never experienced such terrible service at any establishment before. We came here all the way from New Brunswick and decided to stop at this Subway. As soon as we entered, it felt like we made a huge mistake. We sat down for about 10 minutes, looking over the menu and deciding what to order, but instead of being welcomed, we were met with hostility.nnAn older woman who appeared to work there gave us looks that made it seem like we were unwelcome. It was as if we were an inconvenience to her by simply being there. Then, to top it off, she aggressively came over and told us we couldn’t sit there, even though we were clearly about to order.nnWhen we finally did place our order, the food was absolutely terrible—far below the standard we’ve come to expect from Subway. Given the attitude and behavior of the staff, especially this older lady, it’s no surprise that this location has such a low rating around 3 stars, if not worse.nnIf the staff doesn’t want to treat people with basic respect and professionalism, then they simply shouldn’t be working in customer service. It’s shocking that management allows such rude and unprofessional behavior.nnThis was such a disappointing and frustrating experience. If you can’t hire better people or ensure a more welcoming environment, it’s no wonder customers avoid this place. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this Subway location unless you want to ruin your day.nnI would have given 0 rating if it would be option

I think the two older ladies just don’t want to work. I asked for toast, and the machine was right in front of me, but they said, “We don’t do that.” They also didn’t know how to wrap a sub properly—there was no Subway sticker to hold it together. When I took it out of the bag, one half fell right out! On top they are rude!

food is good, when it’s put together properly. Went here tonight and the women working pretty well just threw my sandwich together, i asked for green peppers and she only threw a couple pieces on one side of the sandwich, she put the pickles and sauce of the very edge of the sandwich hardly on the bread or sandwich at all and then wrapped it up so all the sauce and pickles stuck to the paper instead of being actually on the sandwich. She didn’t even cut the sandwich in half before wrapping it and she wrapped it so sloppy that both ends of the sandwich was hanging out. i usually don’t have any problems when i go there even if it’s busy except for when this women is working.nits not letting me add a photo but if i could i would because a child could’ve made the sandwich better then how it was.

The women working had to the worst customer service I’ve ever had. She had a horrible attitude and didn’t want to take anything from anyone. The sandwich looked odd and nasty. I asked for extra bacon they gave me one piece. I don’t want to recommend anyone going there. The woman also told us that we could not eat in there when other people were eating. I fully do not recommend the subway. Most of the subways I’ve been to have never coasted this much.
